Ministry to Emerald Gardens

We ministered to Emerald Gardens Nursing Center on Feb. 12, 2011. Pastor Rodney and Marian Dopheide sang parise and worship songs with members of Living Hope Christian Center and later Pastor Rodney and Marian sang some favorite classic songs including “Bicycle built for two”, ” Let me call you sweetheart” and “Moonlight Bay” The residents joined in and enjoyed the singing. Vent figure Grandpa D made an appearance and then Pastor Rodney gave an inspiring message on seeking God first and putting Him first in all that we do.
Annual Christmas luncheon

Our annual Christmas luncheon was held at Mimi’s Cafe in Elk Grove, CA. We enjoyed delicious food, great fellowship and Pastor Rodney used humor and ventriloquism for the event. Grandpa D made his appearance and wished everyone Merry Christmas! Thank you everyone who came to this get together. Merry Christmas to all! Remember, Jesus is the Reason for the Season!
Ministry to Good Samaritan Home

We ministered to Good Samaritan Home on Nov. 19th 2010 . Many oldies but goodies songs intermixed with Christian songs were sung. Many of the residents joined in and sang along. Pastor Rodney did ventriloquism using Grandpa D and conveyed powerful message of salvation. The program was well received by residents and the staff. We wish to specially thank Chaplin James for inviting us to minister at the facility and for his hearty participation. Praise the Lord!
Ministry to Sunset Home

We ministered to Sunset Home on Nov 10th and Nov. 15th. Golden oldies but goodies songs intermixed with Christian songs were sung. Many of the residents of the home joined in and sang along. Pastor Rodney also used ventriloquism to convey Biblical truths and followed by a short message. The programs were very well received by the residents and the staff. We would like to specially thank the activities director and the assistant activities director, Nikki and Tasha.
